The President as Chief executive he manages all workers that work for the government. He decides how the laws should and will be enforced and choosing others to help fill in the executive branch or the cabinet as it has been called.
Here the president is writing out his orders and speaking to members of his cabinet.
The presidents position as chief Executive is important because it helps the Police officers figure out what to do with those who break the law, how they will be treated, and how the judges should sentence them. He in his position is also important because he hammers out all the little details about how laws will be enacted and how it will affect the citizens.
